What do I need to tell shop to get estimate on color?

What do I need to tell shop to get estimate on color?

I want to use a OEM Infiniti color. Athens Blue Metallic 2007 line
(I think it has been around for 3-4 years)

Is that all I have to say and they will look up it's composition, price for material?

Are most OEM paints 2 stage? Couple of base coats and then shot with clear?

Any info/ advice from people in the business would be appreciated.
