Default 67 Camaro Deck Lid and Spoiler Problems

Ok gang. I know nothing about body work for the most part. Here's the dilemma.

My 67's deck lid wasn't originally equipped with a spoiler OR it's not the original deck lid. The installation of the spoiler was somewhat slopped and if you look you can tell it's moved to one side and not centered very well. The second problem is that something must have slapped it and now it's cracked. I've been told to not even mess with trying to patch it and just get a new one. Most of the sites i've seen have the repo's for 100 bucks so no major issue but what do i do about the installation of the holes being sloppy? I don't know that there's enough meat on the lid to redo the holes. I also think the lid might be a second hand one because to line up the closing spacing and not cause body damage, we had to groove the hinge bolt holes out because we were out of adjustment on the lid and it was smacking the car when it was closing.

Can anyone help with an idea? Would it be easier just getting a new lid or does someone have one laying around for sale with a spoiler on it?

Sweet thanks.

I'll try to get pictures of the horrible alignment up here tomorrow to help isolate my rambling.

I heard that heartbeatcity.net has a really nice repo deck lid. A local shop near my house claimed it was as good as a GM deck lid.
