Default Tornado Hits corvette show at carlisle.....

Just ran across this post looks to have happen last month or so, not sure of all the details but appears that a tornado hit the Corvette event in Carlisle PA.
photos and videos speak volumes pretty crappy stuff! seems that nobody was injured but wow cant imagine!

Wow, that's the second tornado to hit the fairgrounds! A bunch of years ago one hit and dropped a building on a Hemi 'Cuda (if I remember correctly).

I saw a whirlwind there once. It's like a mini tornado that starts at ground level and rises. This one got to about 30' in height, and was picking up rocks, soda cans, etc and throwing them out of the top.

dam that sux, but it doesnt look all that bad no destroyed cars. i bet each one of those vettes got a full detail the next day

A friend of mine was there and experienced it. It wasn't a tornado - that would have done much more damage. It was more like a microburst which is caused by very large thunderstorm downdrafts.
