Default What backspacing on Steve Moore's 69 Camaro?

I've seen this car in person at AutoFair and fell in love with the stance. It is exactly how we want the Patriot Dream 68 Camaro to sit. Toyo donated a set of Proxes 4 tires to us over the weekend that are the same size as the ones Steve is running.

I'm not sure what his screen name is on here and I didn't see him at AutoFair, so I'm hoping someone knows.

I'm trying to get American Racing or a distributor of AR wheels to donate some CL205 wheels now, so I'm trying to find what backspacing I need to get.

Can anyone help me? Steve?

In his blog says they are 17x9.5's with 275/40/17's. In order to get them to fit has to be right at 5.5" bs.

So what would the fronts be then for the 17x8s - 4.5" BS?

The prefered bs on 17x8's and 18x8's is 4.75 to 5 inches. I had 4.75bs on my 18x8's and it rubbed pretty bad on the passenger side. I ended up going to 5" bs and that helped quite a bit. That was with 245/40/18 size front tires.
