I went to a trackday event today, really fun.
This was my first time driving at a event like this. This thing is
"just one car on track each time" so it takes a long time between the drives, almost one hour wait. But it was really fun, the car is a beast to handle. This track is really tight in some corners. My gearing was not ideal either. Had to drive most of it in second gear with just two short moments when I could go into third. On my last and best lap, see the video, I missed a downshift to second and got into fourth instead, just that part of the track was tricky and I probably lost a lot of time there. Anyway I cut about two seconds with every try and bested at 1.35. Fastest car was a few race Porsches and one Audi A3. They ran around 1.25
I can at least say that there is more to get out of the car. When I get more experience and do some adjustments to the shocks I am sure I could get down to below 1.30 on that track.
It was a really good time and fun trying out the limit of the car and me.

You'll need Quicktime to see it. (I'm a Macintosh fellow)
