Default GM back to #1 over Toyota

http://www.marketwatch.com/news/stor...37D95C9ECC6%7D

I really think that GM is beginning to turn around. Last month they were beating out Honda and Toyota. Most of their sales have been from overseas growth, but that is expected given the US market right now. They seem to finally be working with UAW again, and cost cutting plans are actually working.

Just take a look at the stock price over the past couple months.

overseas growth... hmm perhaps it is worth mentioning that most og GM´s overseas growth in europe is from the sales of the cars formerly known ad daewoo... now sold under the Chevrolet brand name... all 4 banger FWD stuff
.. like this one http://www.chevrolet.dk/matiz/matiz-index.html

good to see. Hopefully GM stays on top. Toyota has been having a lot of issues this year with reliability and recalls so that cant help.

Im really glad to hear this, Now for toyota and there hybrids well I hope it flops. I hate seeing people in the fast lane with those cars doing 60-65 exactly, acting smug like they own the road.

Ain't that the truth! I despise those assholes that do that. I get behind at least one a day, I tailgate them in the Park Avenue.

And Toyota actually announced 10 year hybrid and fuel efficiency plans that are less aggressive than GM's plan. GM really has become a green company to an extent, but Toyota plays off the popular culture and the prius!
