Default Ricks 1st Gen.No customer Service

Last week when I was getting my order from Goodmark in Ga. I needed a complete fire wall. Which they dont offer. so the sales man said call Ricks & pay for it over the phone. We will pick it up when make there deliverly, bring it back and ship it with your order to save you shipping charges. I said thanks . So I called ricks to do just that. Ricks sales person would not let me do that. Said I to be standing in there show room to get that to happen. So I tried to get the manager on the phone 6 differnt times would not return my call. Ended up paying truck frt. of 180.00 to get the part else where. Thanks Ricks.

Speaking of Rick's...Remember that blue 69 camaro GM cut-away/turntable show car, with the two front ends (std and RS) that they had brought back over from Australia and were in the process of restoring? I wonder if they ever finished that thing?

It is very easy for a company to loose customers, it is a thousand times harder to get them back.

Look's like Rick's going down the drain.

I have bought stuff from them, both directly or through friends in the States, and it has worked great with good service.

Now its different. I will look for other sources.

Jan
