Default tank

okay, so i got a 71 nova and low funds. i was thinking of mini tubbing and using leafs out back instead of a pricey four link. i dont have $1000 for some high end narrowed fuel tank so i was wondering if there is a tank out there that i could possibly use from another car (like from the junkyard) that is narrow enough to fit in between my leafs and bolt in or be able to use with little modification?
i was planning on getting an LSx so i have the fuel pump in mind also. i used to have a 93 caprice that had a plastic tank which mounted with straps held in at 3 locatons and if i could rememer right it had an in-tank fuel pump. it also had a rear fuel filler/neck which was hidden under my licence plate like my nova. im not sure if the dimensions are right for my application (i sold the car so i cant measure it right now) but im thinking of something like this. do you guys know of any cars' tanks out there that would fit my application? also, what type of fuel pump would i need to power an LSx?

if you are handy with a welder and a cut off wheel you can narrow the stock one... just be 201% sure that it is absolutely purger of gasoline vapours.... im not kidding!

you neet to cut two strips out of the tank one on each side of the fill tube, to retain it in the middle... cutting along (and on both sides of) a strip of 2 inch masking tape works great.. then you butt weld, preforably tig, the 2 ends and cener section together (great time to add baffles by the way!)
