paint booths

Hi guys i have aquestion concerning a paint booth. Iam looking at a shop that has more square feet than i need and also a paint booth and my question is that is it possible to rent it out? I know that some people who would like to paint there own car and just not have a place to paint it so i thought it might be a good idea. Any risks involved with doing such a thing? Sorry for the book. I just dont need the booth yet but it would be nice to get the building and not have to buy one for myself.
