Default Painting rear rotors to help stop rust?

I have a set of wilwood rear brakes. I was not sure if I should paint the rear rotors to stop them from rusting? I'm only talking about the inner part of the rotor that is the emergency brake, not the outer rotor where the brake pads touch. I hope this makes sense. I'm very close to getting my car on the road so I'm trying to do all the little things now. My plan was to tape off the rotor and spray just the outer side that shows through the rim. I was going to use some high temp paint. Thank's for any replies.
