Default Fitting my 00 SS brakes to a 1st gen camaro

OK so Ive made posts on other site and had people respond but nobody has actually helped me on what Im trying to do. How do I get my 2000 camaro SS brakes to fit on my 68 camaro? Someone said get drum spindles but will they bolt right up to them or do I need some adaptors?

Anyone know a specific adaptor I can buy or how I can install them to my car? Thanks

I did this swap on my 72 nova a couple of years ago. I removed my drum brake hubs (also need drum brake front spindles), took them to a local machine shop and had the outside diameter turned down to fit inside the Camaro rotor. You also have to grind down about 3/16" off the top of the drum spindles. As for caliper brackets I made my own using a template i found on some site (sorry cant remember where) I also used the booster and master cylinder from a 4th gen camaro so everything worked. For the rear i just got 2 left side caliper brackets and they worked great with the staggard shocks. PM me if you have any questions.
Heres some pics;
