Default Anyone recognize these 1969 Camaros?

These cars are listed on the upcoming Barrett-Jackson auction in Las Vegas. They appear to be pretty nice cars and I would like to try to call the owners to see if they might sell them off auction as the commissions really take their toll on both the sellers and buyers.

Any guesses on value of these cars??

Please let me know if these URL's do not show up...

Thanks Dave

Hey Dave,

Both links popped up the same car for me.

That checkerboard floor sure looks like a familiar shop in Nebraska I think that sells a lot of similar cars to this on ebay over the last couple years. Can't remember the name of the shop though.

As far as value, tough call. I would think they are hoping for $80-100k+ for this one at the auction. That's my guess.

That blue car used to belong to Datsbad here on the board. I don't know if anything has changed on the car, but he can tell you about it. Well, at least it REALLY looks like his old car.

It must be his old car. This link shows his old pics. Even the description matches. Different wheels though.

The guy's name is Bryan, and he is a John Deere dealer in Nebraska who likes playing with cars.

Here is the correct second link for a nicely set up yellow 1969 Camaro coupe. Does anyone know anything about this car??

If either one go for that much I will be surprised, I would say about $75 max but what do I know? I depends on how nice the car is, neither one has anythign really done to them.

Default Blue 69 going to BJ auction

Dave,

Chris here. Hope you are well. The blue 69 belongs to a collector and is being handled by MW Classic Cars. Just 2 weeks ago I tried to get MW Classic Cars to sell me the car in advance of the BJ Auction and they checked with the owner and since the owner had committed to BJ, the answer was no. MW Classic Cars seems like a great group by the way. They relayed my request and got back to me quickly but again the owner of the Blue, LS1 69 Camaro said he was going to stay with the auction since he gave them his word the car would be there.

Too bad really because now BJ will add what like 8 or 10% to the sale price.

Take care,
Chris
