Default tubular K member help on 84 mustang

I am need of some help. I recently purchased a tubular K member and tubular "A" arms. Well the problem is (depending on your prospective) is either the welds on the K member to mount the A arms is off or the A arms are off. If I get the back part of the arm into the k member, the front doesn't fit... its off by about 1/8 of an inch.... I am at a loss as to what to do next. Do I go order a new K member or order new A arms. Or - do I get he K member re-worked so that the A arms will fit? If so, will that affect the alignment.

The Mustang was my youngest son's who passed away and we are doing the car in his memory. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
