Default 4l60e Help

I have a 96 4L60E in 68 Camaro. Sunday while driving at 65 I felt a click and trans droped into 3rd. Now I don't have 1st or OD. I think it could be the two shift solenoids or the wire what do you guys think I'm pulling the pan tonight Thanks in advance. BIGVIN

Hello, The first thing I would check is the electrial connections. What computer are you running? Look at the 1-2 shift solenoid for a circuit fault. Possible code 82. Resistance for the solenoid is 20-40 Ohms. Matt
