Default Rear 12 bolt axle offset?

Hey guys,
I am trying to figure out a rear brake set up for my 69 Camaro. Rear is a totally stock 12 bolt Posi with stock c-clips and I need to know rear axle offset in order to order the brakes. Does anyone have any experience with this? Thanks.

Default

2.81" brake offset dimension for the early 10/12-bolt passenger car rear axles. Like I mentioned in response to your thread at pro-touring.com, GM didn't necessarily hold the tightest of tolerances on some of those early housings so it certainly doesn't hurt to measure. The fun ones are the housings that are different side to side.
