Default Best way to modify rear suspension??

Im going to start building a new camaro to be a allround car...Most track but also som street racing...

Im have read alot and are very intrested to build a 4-link construction whit coilover in the rear instead of the leafspring...

Is this the best way to get good roadhandling in a first gen camaro????

Which other modyfications can i do also or instead??
Maybe some of you have a better tip!!!
