Default Lambo V12 Camaro?

Anyone think this is possible? If I can ever raise $100k I might go for it. What do you guys think? Would it even fit in the engine bay?

Would for sure be something no one else has done.

I dunno...

If you look at the EVS Motorsports 2JZ Camaro, the fit of a DOHC inline 6 looks real tight. Imagine two of those side by side, with headers and accessories.

There is a lot more real estate in the back of a Lambo then the front of a Camaro.

Now, a tube frame, stretched Camaro with a mid engined Lambo V-12, and you might be getting somewhare.

I dunno why you would want to. They dont put down that much power. Ive driven them and they just dont pull that hard. That supra motor is a different story.

Just to say it can be done.. It would definitely be fast on the top end though, plus I think a Camaro is quite a bit lighter than a lamborghini.

I say use the V10 out of the Gallardo and add the Heffner or Underground Racing TT kit on it for 1000hp, otherwise it's just a 500hp or so expensive conversion. This is gonna cost more than $100k though.

I like your thinking....

Shouldn't be that much. You could probably get the engine and transaxle for like $30,000. Then just find a POS camaro for cheap. Rear end and rusted to hell trunk doesn't matter since your going to have to cut it all out anyways. It could get pretty pricey if someone else does the work.

Oooh, I know what would be neat, AWD!! Imagine a lamborghini v10/v12 powered AWD camaro.

Maybe in 5 or 10 years I may have enough money

But still, ls1 Camaro or Lamborghini V12 AWD camaro?

Problem is your gonna have to make it mid engine or spend a lot of time making a normal tranny fit and make a oil pan for it.
