Default C5 and C6 front suspension

I was wondering if C5 and C6 front control arms and spindles are the same.

I have a idea about a front subframe for a upcoming project.

I had a conversation with the guys AME and a couple of others, I was told the geometry was the same. There is a slight axle flange offset differance so Wilwood has 2 part numbers. Everyone has changed over to C6 due to the availablity of the parts new.

The geometry is the same, the spindles are somewhat different. The C6 has reinforced areas around the brake bracket bosses. They are interchangeable with the C5.

Wilwood has two part numbers because they had to slightly move the rotor away from vehicle centerline because the LCA ball joint boss is larger than C5. Putting a C5 kit onto a C6 will have intereference between the ball joint boss and inside rotor face.

C6 parts are cheaper, too.
