A few months ago we announced that we were working with Steve Strope of Pure Vision Design to do a '67 Coronet "live build" at Mopars at the Strip in Vegas. The build went really smoothly, and I thought I'd do a quick update.
Mechanically it's just about done, and Steve is going to work with show organizer Phil Painter to do some cosmetic stuff before they auction it off for charity at the 2010 show. It's shocking how well this car drives now, especially compared to the way it wallowed around before. Mods include a complete Hotchkis TVS plus subframe connectors and tubular A-Arms, plus Wilwood brakes (six piston front, four piston rear), Bonspeed RodR wheels and Pirelli Tires. You can read about the full buildup here, or watch the video below. Thanks!
