Default Frame Support Jig??

Does anyone have a set of good plans to build a good jig that will support the frame and body of my 66 chevelle. I would like it to be mobile also. I am going to be needing one for my project after I get done with the floor pans and trunk pans mocked up. The car currently sits on a rotisserie, this way I will be able to install the one piece floor pan and trunk pan. I will just use temporary screws to hold it all in until I can get the frame back under it for alignment. The frame will be bare bones also. Once I have it on this jig I should be able to replace quarters and finish welding everything up. Question, do you think I will run into panel alignment problems with the car sitting on the frame jig instead of suspension?
