Default pro-touring tricycle?

The Best of Show guys wanted me to share a little project they recently took on. With Steve Rupp's Bad Penny finally out of the shop and on the road, there was space for a new orange beast to move in, and move in one did.

technically I suppose "trike" would be the preferred nomenclature for this creation. But that is really just a triviality, since pro-touring is all about adding modern conveniences to one's antiquated form of transportation, what you are about to see loosely falls within the parameters. It is a pro-touring tricycle in the sense that it eschews the use of two feet pushing a set of pedals for, two turbos, a V8, 700r4 and a 9," all pushing some seriously ginormous rear rubber.

Some say not even Chuck Norris is man enough to ride this monster, (although I'm sure that is debatable), and that when it is done it will be a three seater. One seat for the driver and the other two seats for the driver's cajones. Regardless, In the world of trikes, I imagine this beast has few contemporaries.

Ladies and gentlemen of the internet, I present to you...well, I'm not really sure what:

It is really hard to picture how massive this thing is through several pictures, but it is seriously big. I mean bigger than my Camaro big, the wheel base is probably bigger that an F150.

How many g's will it pull in the skid test? Projected slalom course time? Any plans to auto-x it?

I don't remember the last time I saw someone build a new trike (not counting the bolt-on set-ups on Harley's, etc...). Maybe BoS will start a resurgence of this genre (along with custom vans )!

Best of Show is actually just installing an ISIS system, and a couple other things on it. The company that builds these things is called Las Vegas Trikes.

As for autocross, slalom, etc. I'm not really sure it could compete to well. I think its wheelbase is longer than the distance between the cones in the slalom and it would probably take the entire autocross parking lot to turn in a circle.

As for bringing back the the custom van, I've heard some rumors of a possible shop van, or maybe it was one of those truck/van things I can't remember. we'll just have to wait and see
