Welcome to the site!! Nice looking 69 there. What are the plans for it? We like a LOT of pictures here in case you didn't know.

What is the story behind it?

Hi. The car is a SS 350 4 speed car. I bought the car when i was 20 years old for $8800.00 and drove it for a couple summers then parked it beacuse the tranny shifter linkage was shot. That was 21 years ago. Its been in the shop ever since. I pulled it apart about 3years ago and cut the rust out of it. Full rear quarters the floor. Got paint on it last sping. Real happy with the paint and fit of the pannels.
I did DSE and Speedtech front coil over with upper and lower a-arms, Unisteer rack on there. Just ran an American auto wire update kit in her. I got a 496ci aluminum head roller stroker at the engine shop its ready this saturday. The t56 magnum with all the best goodies were shipped this week should see that soon. The BMR torque link rear suspension is at the local powder coater being done in hugger orange. The Vintage air front runner system is here and ready to go. I'm real stoked to get her back on the road running better than ever. Ive taken hollidays this the winter to get her running by spring. It's been twenty years in the works.

Lets see. Convertible. Big block(stroker no less), BMR, DSE, Speedtech, T56 Magnum, I see the Baer brakes in there up front I think too.
Killer car!! Please be sure and post a bunch of pictures of it going together.

Congrats on getting it all going again after it being down so long. That is great!!

Where are you located?

Thanks guys. I will take lots of pic's of it going together and post them. I still have a few things to figure out with the interior so this site is doing a good job of informing me of what products are available out there. I'm up in Calgary A.B. Canada, nothing to do up here in the winter but work in the shop. lol
