Angry Overhouling Car on the Block

Just picked up a Barrett Jackson magazine and it had all the cars that are going for sale in the next event and I was shocked to see an overhauling car on the block.
It’s the 902-merlot do guys remember that car? That convertible camaro that was junk with a bad frame that belonged to that actor Ian Zering. Now with less than 100 miles it’s on the block at BJ what do you think? Man not to many people get that chance to get overhauled but I always thought that one day somebody was going to sell their car because they needed money but I would never think this guy would.
Maybe the cats out of the bag and all the other folks that are in need of the almighty dollar should take their cars to the block like this guy but some of them provably do not know of Barrett Jackson but he sure did.

What do you think.
Here are links to the car.

It's all about the $ these days. I personally liked the wheels it left the show with over the ones it has now.

My bet is it looks better then it runs. Or Ian realized he would rather just buy a ZO6 and be done!

That's not the first Overhaulin' car to get dumped for dollars. The green Mustang they did at SEMA last year was on EBay not too long ago but I didn't see what it went for. Although they were hyping the Foose/Overhaulin'/Sema angle to add some value.

Do you think it is possible that the guy just wants to sell the car? Why do we have to jump to the conclusion that he needs the money?

I'd say yes. He has obviously ACTED like a car guy, and has done a piss poor job of it. I wonder how his buddy from Rides feels about it. Jason what's his name.
