Default 69 camaro alignment specs??

I need a comprehensive list of modifications that are desireable for the stock 69 camaro subframe. I will be making my own upper and lower arms, do I need to add camber , or caster and how much? Are tall ball joints good for bringing the geometry in check? I remember some trick about redrilling the upper arm mount to a lower and rear ward position??? What are the specs I should be shooting for taking in to consideration that this car is predoninately street driven? Any help will be appreciated. I will be using the stock subframe but I am not above heavy modification, and fabwork.
