Default Tightening the glass in a bullet style mirror

Anyone know how to tighten the glass in a factory GM bullet style side mirror? Also how do you change the glass mirror out? Heat gun?

Usually the remote mirrors can be tightened up by stretching the cable housings a bit. If it is the non-remote, or the base that is loose in a remote style mirror, you can usually access the screws by moving the mirror around and tightening the Phillips screws inside the housing.

Merry Christmas!
