grab handle door pulls

since we have plenty of 69 camaro's here thought i would ask, Is there suppose to be a grab/pull door handle on a standard 69 camaro door panel? I just installed my passenger side door panel with standard arm rests. Then quickly relized how difficult it was to reach back while sitting in the seat to close the door, I am using seats that kind of wrap around you, but wondering if theres suppose to be a pull closer to the front of the door?

On the standard interior there is only the arm rest, on the deluxe interior there is a door pull.

No, but you could easily add them.
