Default which heads to use?

http://purplesagetradingpost.com/sum...%20engine.html

I am building a long rod 350 like the one in the link. 400 block, 327 crank, comp hyd roller 215/215 @ .050 and 500/500 lift. 10.5/11.0:1 comp. maybe a bigger cam but I dont want to kill low end power. I am looking for 400/400 hp/tq with a power band from around 2000-6000rpm's.

I have been looking at cyl heads and have my choices narrowed down and I am looking for suggestions/recommendations.

1. afr 195 with 2.05/160 valves
2. brodix race rite 180cc or 200cc with 2.02/160 valves
3. dart pro 1 180cc or 200 cc with 2.02/1.60 valves

the dart/brodix 200's are closer to the flow#'s of the afrs according to each mfgr's websites.

I will be coating the pistons and combustion chambers/valves/exhaust ports.

I will also be using a weiand stealth intake because I have one laying around.
