Default 2nd gen f body rear brake caliper help!

Hey guys - I need help. This should be simple, but it isn't working out.

On our 68 Bird we have C5 front calipers, 2nd gen rear disc, with a 2nd gen m/c and booster.

I sent the rear calipers to VB&P and had them powder coated red and rebuilt. They have the piston/parking brake built in. They are staggered with the right one on the rear of the axle and left one on the front of the axle. I was able to hook up the parking brake cables just fine.

Here is the problem.

1. I can gravity and force bleed fine (the bleeder is at the top like it should be). However, when you mash the pedal there is NO action at the caliper. Nothing.

2. Even though the calipers had levers marked right/left for the parking brake, the left caliper grabs when you release, and releases when you pull. I've looked it over, and it appears to have right side internals. So...I've got to figure out where to get a rebuild kit.

3. I have no pedal to speak of. I've replaced the m/c, but when you start the engine and press the pedal it goes to the floor before grabbing - the lever is on the power brake pin hole.

I've bench bleed the m/c - bleed it on the car - gravity bled all the brakes...and go through everything I can think of.

Nothing seems to be working - I need all this 100% to deliver the car to Florida the end of September.

Ideas?

Okay I found out the rear calipers are mixed up. The staggered style requires two right hand calipers. However the parking brake mechanism has to be flipped inside the piston screw plate. I sent them out to fixed. I also got a killer deal on a new matched m/c booster and disc brake prop valve for a 68.

Found the mc booster and prop valve on eBay as a package deal.
