Well this guy either has way too much money like Greg, or he just lost his shirt. He probably lost his house so he is leaving a present for the Bank who just foreclosed on the house.

Maybe he intends to lay down a coat of polyurethane over those tire marks to make them part of the room's character, maybe make that a gallery room full of automotive art and such....
