Default GM 12-Bolt Hub-to-Hub width.

I'm running a 12 bolt in the 68 Chevelle with C-clip eliminators. I'm going to upgrade to a Moser 12 bolt with "big bearing" tapered press on style bearing. Will the overall Hub-to-Hub length stay the same. I'm also currently running baer brakes in the rear and will be running the same brakes on the new rearend. Just wanting to make sure the overall width will stay the same as I don't have a whole lot of wheel clearence inside and out to account for a more "narrow" or wider rearend. Thanks for any information you can provide.
