Default Road Race Iroc...going to be SEMA

I've stumbled onto this IrocZ on the net, and think it's a pretty dang sweet ride. It is supposed to be out at SEMA. The owner has alot of pics at http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o33/StanIROCZ/Paint/

Very cool! I wonder what he races in? Its not A sedan or CMC, looks like it would make too much power for AI, but not enough for AIX?

Just TRAKDAYS for now But built to AI/AIX rules. I'd really like to run AIX but I need a ton of work as a driver and a ton of $$$ for an engine. Besides those 2 minor (hehe) details I think it could be very competitive.

As it is now it weighs 2830 lbs dry (no fuel). I still have fully intact doors, bumpers, lights etc since I drive it on the street. I'm swapping in an aluminum 5.3L engine this winter to get me into the LSX game, along with a light weight 7.25" clutch. That should get me in the mid 2700 lb range.

this is probably the best summary of my car: http://www.motownmuscle.com/forums/s...&daysprune=100

Mid 27's......thats awesome. AIX is way out of control IMO and horsepower reigns. CMC, CMC2, or even Time Trials would be cool but I dont recall weight requirements for CMC.

Either way, love the car and it doesn't really matter what series you run. It's all about having fun on the track!!
