Default difference in 67 - 68 Camaro quarter panels

Can someone school me on the difference in the qtr jamb area on the 67 -68 Camaro. I know the 68 has a vent opening but are there any other differences. I wondered if once the opening was block would it look just like a 67. My car is a 67 and i found a 68 quarter panel. I know the sidelite hole needs welded up but are there any other changes/ differences?

No difference other than the astro vent hole. The 68 panel also has the side marker light hole on the exterior of the panel as to where the 67 did not have side marker lights.

This is a 68 driver side, hope this helps. If not let me know and I can take a pic and post a 67 jamb because I have 67 full quarters.
