Default Stupid Swaybar ?

This may be a dumb question, but can I run a swaybar backwards, as in the endlinks facing the rear? I ask b/c without making my own swaybar (I dunno if I'm up for that or not) I won't be able to use one as it will interfere with the lower bar of the 4 link. I don't fully understand how a sway bar works, i know that it controls body roll but don't know really how. So not sure if turning the thing around would work or not. I see alot of people making one to fit there app, this would be ideal, but I don't really know what all that entails or where to get parts from either. Not running one is not an option since it's a truck it will already be so prone to body roll it's almost dangerous. So, once again, sorry about the newb questions, just still learning.
