Default Newer Member first pics post Spfld IL.

New to posting on here, just reluctant to make a mistake posting pics. I just finished up a 69 camaro convertible I have had since late 2004. It was a basket case, I hit buy it now on ebay. Drove to northern Ohio. Got there in the evening(dark). Looked it over as best I could realized oh well, this what you bought. Brought it home looked it over the next day. It was a pile of junk. There was still a little over a year before full frame rails and new body shells..I Put it a side, bought a parts car for the convert. It was almost as bad. So I fixed it first. Well 8 years later its complete. Only thing is, I sold it half way thru the build. The person made alot of changes that I liked very much. We had it on display at the Hotrod & Restoration Trade show a few weeks ago. I will be moving on to a 65 mustang fastback which I will share the build of.

Steve

Looks like it turned out well, Steve. You can use what you've learned on your next project.

Not yet. Its a pain to unzip the back glass and lower the top as it is. However, I still gotta make the top boot fit so I will get some up soon.
