Default Electronic Paddle Shifters for Manual Gearboxes

Has anyone ever used these on a manual gearbox?

What did you think?

Seems cool. I don't have time to watch the video but I'll get around to it. Information on the site is somewhat limited and it seems like it would be a lot of expense to go auto. I'll have to watch the video. I like the idea of paddles but I think I like the idea of my stick better. Maybe this could be best of both worlds???

Interesting kit i have to say but there are quite a few things about this that worry me, one is shift speed and computer software hang ups when at WOT and high RPM. Almost every modern car suffers from something with these systems except...

I work on all the modern exotic cars and I drive a new CTSV sedan and every single car has quirks about it and these manufactures spent millions on development. the only true paddle system that I can honestly say is PERFECT are the ones Ferrari is producing, they are that damn good. GM stepped up in 2012 and changed a bunch of stuff on the auto gear boxes for the CTSV, Vette and Camaro ZL1 and the improvements are awesome.

In all honesty i rather have a manual gearbox over these retro fit paddles or if you go automatic dropping in a new GM system from a CTSV would be my choice.
