Default 1969 nova

hi guys i just joined this site today. im 17 and building a pro touring 69 nova. my friend and i are doing everything from paint and body work to motor and tranny. i joined the site to try and find good car people that might be able to help me out if i run into problems. as of right now the car is in a ton of pieces and im replacing all the rotted metal and gettin it ready for paint. thanks for havin me on the site. it seems like theres alot of people that know what there talking about.

Welcome young man! Nova's are very cool cars. There are two here you should check out if you have not seen them...Blake/SpeedTech's and also Billy 72Novadriver. Oh, and...:

most of the pics are from a year ago. right now practically the whole car is bare metal and most of the metal work is done. the pics of the tire is me trying to see how big of a tire i can fit under the stock rear end. thats a 295 from a magnesium z06 rim

Looks to be a great start bro. I wish I had gotten started at your age. I was into cars at 17, but didn't act upon it. Good luck and your car looks good. Can't wait to see some progress.

Thanks guys. Yea I think when I was littlr they gave me 10w30 instead of milk lol. Oh and im prob not gona mini tub it. Im gona fit the widest tire I can without mini tubs. And that 295 thats off a 11inch rim fits. Idk how but it does lol
