Default 1967 Camaro- street/strip

Well I have dragged home another rusty thing to build so up for sale is my '67. It's a fresh car that has been rock solid and a blast to own. The car has RS/SS themed parts on it purely for asthetics. I drive it to work weekly and use it for cruise nights and local shows. It has 8 dragstrip passes on it where it has run consistent high 10s at 122-124 mph in street form- no nitrous, slicks, etc. This car drives extremely well, goes straight, and stops sharply and without drama. Specs:

Body: Porsche Guards Red with black nose stripe, paint is a solid 8 out of 10. Retro Electro updated RS headlamp door system, 4 inch 'glass hood, lots of new trim, emblems, seals etc., Alston 8 point cage with swing out door bars and useable back seat, subframe connectors, trunk pan has some small spots of corrosion but body is otherwise free of rust, detailed interior, all Autometer gauges, brand new American Autowire wiring- everything works perfectly, sumped factory fuel tank, brand new belts and mounts

Chassis gear:FRONT-tubular upper arms/ stock lowers with new bushings, new master cylinder and lines, new line lock, adjustable Comp front shocks
REAR-all new Calvert Racing suspension, split mono springs, Caltrac bars, Calvert 12 way shocks and custom mounts, Currie 9 inch, 9+ housing, 33 spline axles, Moser billet spool, 4.10s, billet support, 1350 joints, large Ford drums

Wheels- very rare billet Cragar 3 piece ultra lights (3.5s and 8s)- new MT 275/60 drag radials, excellent front rubber

Powerplant and trans: Dart block 421 cid., Eagle 4340 crank and rods, Ross forged pistons, 13:1 compression, fully cnc'd AFR heads, DRC custom solid roller cam, all Comp Cams valvetrain-rockers-girdles, real carbon covers, port matched and polished super victor, custom HP1000 for E85 by Horsepower Innovations, Everything billet and AN, Magnafuel 500 pump and reg. ATI dampner, all new MSD with a digital 6, Hooker super comps, 3 inch exhaust with Flowmasters all the way to the bumper, DMH electric cutouts, ATI comp series TH400, ATI 4000 stall, billet cooler, extra large pan with vent system, Winters shifter in stock console, trans brake (has never been wired), new Griffin radiator and 16 inch fan- car runs 185 on hot days in bad traffic

This car is ready to go. It runs on E85 which makes it very affordable and easy to drive. I would estimate it makes 600 or more HP and a ton of torque. I have a few small things to wrap up on it before it's ready to leave (new package tray, new windshield trim etc.) but otherwise it needs nothing. It's brutally fast, but very tame when just cruising around and always attracts a crowd. Must sell to fund my next adventure. $30K- Sacramento, CA - Dave

Thanks Guy! Was nice meeting you guys there as well. I think the car will go 40s or 50s with a hard launch, but for a street car it moves pretty well.

I actually traded my Nova for this car a while back, but have changed almost everything in it to make it safer and faster. I bought a '64 Fairlane last weekend, but I'm not sure I'm gonna build it either at this point. Thanks for the compliments.

Hey thanks man. Sorry I missed you. That was a nice gathering tonight. Car did one of those things where it runs so good, it tries to convince you not to sell it. lol Thanks for the kind words.
