Here's an easy way to know the difference.


A guy goes to get a vasectomy. The nurse takes his vitals then tells him to undress and get on the exam table. He does. She then strips and has her way with him. For over an hour she pleases him in every way, runs thru the kama sutra twice, and throroughly exhausts him. Afterwards he says... "well that was great but what was that about?"
