I'm thinking what Scott is thinking. I bet it happened and they simply had no time to fix it before the show.

I could go around my car and find 100,000 things that were half-assed or I wish I would have done better.
Never perfect. Character.

I'd bet they're livid over it! I'd also bet that neither of the Ring bothers actually did that themselves... and it will never happen again!

ha ha I do the same thing.
"OH, man, look at that scrappy looking weld on that bracket that you can only see from underneath the car when the passenger door is open. Gawd what a piece of crap I've built...this thing will never be right !"
It was a real revelation to me when I realized that all the perfect magazine cars are built specifically to show off and not really driven until the furor has worn off. Although I have seen drivers at shows that are damn near perfect. Usually late model production cars lol.

Don't get me wrong. No car is perfect.
Maybe it's bad luck, maybe it's timing, maybe it's a product issue
too bad, though, it's right at eye level.
Like I said, I'm a fan of the ring bros work.

With the cars they build. All the awards. The crazy Mods. And I love the Grinch, right down to the pic on the nose.
I think they can be forgiven!!!
