Default Making room under the rear fenders of a 2nd Gen F-body

I have seen Brian Hobaugh's answer to making more room for the suspension travel when using wide tires on a 2nd Gen F-body. Very nice work there.

Since this is primarily a street car, I'd like to see what else is out there and to get advice from those who have done it. I want to keep the muscle car look and not make it so obvious the fenders have been stretched. Any links or advice from someone who has done this will be appreciated. My wheel centers are cut so I need to get this done to get backspacing measurements to get the wheels finished.

The car has been tubbed with an AME frame installed. So we plenty of room under the car but bringing the wheels out nearer to the lip of the fender results in massive clearance issues with suspension travel.

Look at some of the pictures of DSE's 2nd gen, they just widened the front of it for BIG tires up front.

Any links to it here? I checked it out on their site but didn't see any details.

Ok I know I saw some in someone's pictures from Vegas but this is the only one I can find right now. Not the best shot and no details but if you compair it to a stock fender you can see what the did. I think I looks very nice and not over the top in the picture. If you look on Optimas Facebook page there is a couple of other shots you can see from different views.
