Preformed Vacuum hoses?

Can anyone tell me of a source where I can find a preformed vacuum hose with a 90* bend? I need a couple of these to route my PCV lines coming off the valve covers on my LS install.

I may run by a NAPA later this week, but I'm wondering if anyone knows of another source, since I need to order a few other items as well.
