Default ? for guys with 285/35/18's on 10's

How much buldge is there from the wheel lip to the sidewall?? Any help would be great! I would think the sidewall would not have much buldge but I am hoping for about .375 or so??

34 ford truck, sb2.2 engine, paddle shifted 4l60e, 4 wheel ind susp.

its an old pic, but it showed the tire question nicely.

Thanks for the pics! Could you put a tape measure on the outside edge of the wheel to the edge of the sidewall??? That would be b sweet . Thanks again.

from the edge of the lip to the outmost part of the sidewall is .375" WITH a 9.5 rim
