Default Look for some help from the electrical guys.

I am working on a vehicle that has a pretty hacked up painless harness. I am in the process of weather packing everything and cleaning it as best I can. I have noticed that I need to make some splices to feed other things (licenese plate light etc..). I'm fine with soldering and shrink tubing, but I wanted to try and find a good "Y" or "T" connector to do the job preferably in the weatherpack style of connector. I really hate these things

and found several of them along with tons of cheap plastic butt connectors. If anyone has any information I'd appreciate it.

i have never seen a splice like the one you are referring too, seems kind of bulky. I prefer to use a bare butt splice and take a punch or awl and make one side larger to take 2 wires and shrink tube it. It is a cleaner install, less bulk. Good luck
