Default 1970 Chevelle Big Wheel question

Wheel gurus chime in. 1970 chevelle stock frame and tubs. 9" moser rearend shortened 1 3/4 PER side. I know I will have to roll the inner fender lip but if I was going to run a custom billet rim what offset do I want so I can run a 315?

The wheel I want I can get it in a 20x10 or a 20x10.5.

Thanks for your help!
