Default Holley Dominator Harness/AAW

For anyone who has installed a AAW kit and a Holley Dominator harness in a car with LS3 how long does it take?

Is it realistic to get the wiring completed in 2 weeks?

I installed the Holley HP EFI and an AAW harness in TOW. They are mostly independent installations. In my case, the Holley engine harness was connected strictly between the engine sensors, injectors, etc and the HP EFI unit. There are a handful of wires which need to be wired into the car itself (power, tach, fuel pump).

That said, I spent about 5 weeks wiring my car. This was working 2-3 days a week, probably on average I was at Eric's shop about 4 hours each time I was there. I worked really hard to hide the wiring and make the install as clean as possible. Also, I installed a completely custom dash/gauges, so I spent at least 1 of those weeks handling that. I removed about 1/3 of the wires from the AAW harness, since they were unneeded with the HP EFI in place (I removed all of the engine wires from the interior and engine compartment harness, and replaced the starter wires with new wire to hide it by running through the tunnel).

Could it be done in less time? Absolutely. If I were using all of the AAW connections and didn't work so hard to hide wires or doing the custom dash, it would have saved a lot of time. But some things will take time regardless. The AAW comes with a lot of extra length in the wires, and none of the ends are in place for either the front or rear light harnesses. Attaching all of those ends takes time. Routing all of the wires takes time.
