Default Intro Wheels

I have a set of Intro wheels on my 68 Camaro. I have water spots on them and polished them but over the last year they have they lost their shine and some of the water spots seem to have reappeared and I can't remove them. Is it just cheap manufacturing of the wheel? I use Adams products and have tried Mothers billet cleaner with no luck. I am thinking about switching to Formula 43 or Forgeline.

If they are polished it will come out, just takes a lot of elbow grease, I bought a set of welds that we're filthy with water spots, grease, etc. it took me over an hour on just one wheel, now they are beautiful.
