Lambo V12 powered Fiat 500
Basically as close as you can get to a lamborghini powered go-kart. The guy built a Fiat 500 around a salvaged Murcielago.

If this is the car I think it is, the owner has actually had a number of different powerplants in it. One thing for sure, the car is very, very quick.
