Just running this test to see if it'll post. I can't seem to start a thread anywhere else.

The only posting restrictions are for starting a classified ad. That section requires you to be a member for at least 30 days AND have at least 20 posts elsewhere in the forums before you can place an ad.

If you're having trouble posting somewhere else let me know.
