Default PCV and catch can questions

So I had some questions about a PCV system I have an LS two and the issue that I'm having is my aftermarket valve covers do you not have a PCV or vent option on them so I'm trying to determine what it is that I need to do to get one.do I have a bung welded on my valve cover and then route that to the valley cover? My next issue that I have is about a Catch can Based upon what it is that I've been reading I certainly want to get one I'm just not sure how to plummet either any help would be greatly appreciated.
I found the shop that makes these custom Catch cans

If you need me to send any pictures or anything that would possibly help please let me know so I can send something out

Have you read this thread yet? They show numerous routings and discuss the need for a proper set up:

I bought the catch can from Mike Norris and according to his site, it doesn't need to hook up to the valve cover. I hooked mine up the same as on the site. http://www.mikenorrismotorsports.com...atch_Cans.html
