Bad Pump or Belt Squeal

Hey guys,

Watch this video taken from the front nose of my 70 Trans Am at the Charlotte Optima Ultimate Street Car event.

The car was steering fine but you can hear all the noise coming from the power steering pump. The belt was not loose and had about 1/2 inch of give if you pressed your finger into the belt.

Is this belt squeal or power steering pump squeal?

IMOHO.. That sounds like a bad pump

Do pumps makes squealing sounds like that? I have heard pumps moan before but not make squealing sounds.
